ProActive Coaching
This is another highly effective engagement we use throughout our partnership with you and your executive team.
ProActive Coaching refers to our emphasis on focused commitment with clients over the long-term. We enter a relationship expecting it to last over time. In our experience there is little effectiveness when the disciplines do not have time to build up inside the organization. Our advisors provide an independent, objective viewpoint for the CEO and executive team as they work to overcome the barriers to growth and translate their vision into execution and results.
Quarterly Advance Planning
This simple, yet powerful, discipline has driven strategic execution for clients we work with well beyond anything they have been able to accomplish in the past — accomplishing things the executive has been merely talking about for years.
Of course, this quarterly cadency includes an Annual Performance Tuning. Once the plan is established for the year, the priorities are set for the first quarter. Then three quarterly sessions are set in the calendar to complete the quarterly cadency. And it is this quarterly cadency that forces line of sight and accountability around the annual plan.
