These seasoned business advisors are mature, executive-level individuals who have significant real-world business experience. They are skilled at working with CEOs and executive teams. Our advisors combine content expertise about the functional areas of business with strong facilitation skills. They are veteran executives, entrepreneurs, and CEO advisors with firm opinions about what the right disciplines are for an executive team and an organization. They do not merely facilitate strategic planning sessions, but also actively engage in debate with the executive team.

All of our advisors are independent professionals who use a common branded process, The AG Approach™. Each quarter our advisors get together for a full day of on-going learning and development. This represents a diverse group of experienced advisors who can tap into each other’s knowledge for the benefit of their clients.

We maintain rigorous standards of selection. Our basic suggested experience requirements are one or more of the following with a working knowledge of how all aspects of business fit and working together - strategy, finance, operations, sales, marketing and technology:

• An entrepreneur with five or more years of building up a business unit into a middle market sized organization
• A senior-level executive in a middle market or larger organization with more than five years of experience in that senior role.
• A professional advisor to CEOs, owners, and executives of entrepreneurial or middle market organizations for more than seven years.
